Volunteering with the Sanyu African Foundation has been the most wonderful experience I could have ever dreamed of. I was able to combine two of my passions, making art and working with children. And all in such a beautiful country with people who were so grateful and welcoming and made me feel at home from the first moment. I definitely don't feel ready to go back to Switzerland, but I will definitely be back to support this wonderful foundation. Thank you for everything
1. The work Isaac does is moving, because they’re not simply looking for a handout, they are looking for a way to break the cycle of poverty by providing a creative outlet for kids.
2. There is so much more to life than simply not being hungry, though when you are you are unable to enjoy anything else. Isaac and his team make sure kiddos bellies are full and they feel creative along the way.
